Squared Breathing is a yogic breath technique, simple to learn and use. It is a regulatory breath meaning it will either calm the body and nervous system or it will energize you if that is what you need. This breath technique is great to do anytime you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, fearful or experiencing sleep issues (trouble falling or staying asleep, or waking up too soon and can't get back to sleep).
